Since this code L3670 is being eliminated as of 12/31/10, can anyone tell me what code they are going to use? There really is no other L code that best describes this sling and procedure code A4566 does describe it, but Medicare will not pay for this code.

I don't see where L3670 is being eliminated. Can you show me where you see this? On the DMEC page it is still active as of 1/2/11. https://www.dmepdac.com/dmecsapp/do/feesearch

It's on the link above per CMS corrections of deleted and changed codes for 2011. They are not terminating that code if you open the corrections spread sheet it's listed there.
