If the doc did a Transcatheter Placement Of An Intravascular Stent on both right and left arms, would the coding look like this;

37205 RT
37205 LT
or
37205 RT
37206 LT 59

I thought the 37206 was for an add'l procedure on the same arm... any help please? Thanks!
