We have question on CPT codes / 99233-25, 31628, 31624, 31623. All were billed together. Medicare paid for first two codes. Rest they paid us $0.25 each. Reason -- Charges adjusted based on multiple / or concurrent procedure rules.
It was wrong from our side ? or Medicare processed correctly. Any suggestion will help in future.
