When acuity test is measured as part of a general opthamology service or an E/M service of the eye it's a diagnostic visit and not a screening test. Other identifiable services unrelated to this screening test may be reported separately for example preventative medicine services. So it has to be unrelated to the acuity test. The average payment is $3.12 according to my software this is Chicago suburban IL. You may want to check the private payer. This is not Medicare payable.
