These codes as you can see are not covered by Medicare, but most secondary or supplemental insurance policies pick them up. Many people young and old have these problems and have to wear them for life.

Right these are supply codes, but you generally just have to show a patient how to put them on once, many times not at all.

This is definitely inclusive of an E&M.
