I am enrolled in a program to take the CMBS exam thru a school locally. There has been communication problems between my classmates ,myself and the administration of the school. We have been told many things and every student has a different answer. The question we are dealing with right now is the issue of the Power weekend. We have been told that we have to take it if we want to take the exam.They have said the requirments for taking this exam is either 3 years experience or take the weekend. This is an exam from the MAB so I am hoping you can help us out with is. We have been told by teachers of our courses that there is no such requirement. I myself feel I could take the exam now and do well. My classmates and I feel we have been lied to on many things and are at the point of just quitting so any info you can help us with would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Kathy
