We are proud to announce that you may now take one comprehensive examination on-line. The exam will consist of 120 questions. You must obtain a 70% to pass. Years ago, when we told them that we allowed the CMBS exam on-line they asked how we could be sure that the person taking the exam was the one enrolled. Since we could not be sure who was actually taking the exam they asked us not to allow the testing on-line. You can test out at any not for Profit Company, such as a Library. Posts: 3 Jun 28 11 5:54 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Hi, I would love to take the exam to become certified (as I am already quite certifiable) but when I click on the link I can't seem to find what I am looking for. I get a website that wants to send me to other websites selling me all kinds of things. Can you tell me where the actual power weekend information can be found? I would be interested in just taking the test at a library but the idea of a weekend brush-up seminar may be perfect if there is one near enough for me to attend. We always think we are ready to take the test but it doesn't hurt to have an idea of what's going to be on it before jumping in, either. Anyway if you can check that link I would appreciate it. I dont know if the MAB has a local brushup seminar. Im located in Central Florida and I dont know if there is a proctor location in my area, which is why I always defer to the MAB. If you follow Liz's post, I am sure all your questions can be answered. I highly recommend the CMBS test. Much success
