Shawna,
What do you mean printing off line? Does it print more to the left or right? More towards the top or the bottom?
This one will be an easy fix. Go to
Reports
,
Design Custom Reports and Bill
. From here there is another window that opens. Click
File, Open Reports
. On the small window, click on the
Insurance Form
under the
Show Report Style
, which will be on the lower right side. From here double click on the report that you use for printing claims. This will open a window that has all the information that will populate the 1500 form.
Click on File, then Report Properties, on the next window you have 3 tabs, General, Bands, & Data Filters. If your issue is printing too much to the left, make the Form Offset positive on the Left box, if is too much on the right, just make it negative. The same thing if it is too much to the top or bottom.
After that Click OK, and make sure that you click File, then Save AS. From here you have to name it anything that you would like. (Great Tip) press the Space Bar once before typing in a name for it, this will make this report always on top of your Report Options.
Now go to test your work, go to Claims Management and reprint a claim using that Report and see if it aligns to your satisfaction. If not do the same thing but just click on Save after changing it.
Let me know how it goes.
