Gee Steve, when we were in Costa Rica the only thing I remember you saying in Spanish was "Dos Cervezas Por Favor". :rollin

When Chris and I returned to Costa Rica there was no translator and an understanding of Spanish would have been helpful. I purchased a package to learn Spanish before our next trip.

Seriously Tasha, I don't know how they taught medical terminology in your school, but it's easier if you break the words down into their component parts rather than memorizing the huge medical terms.

I agree with Sharon and Steve, learning is never a waste of time. Here in Las Vegas being bilingual is more of an asset than experience.

It can be difficult to get a job without experience. See what type of certificate the school is offering - is it a Certificate of Completion or a Certification? Many areas will use a certification in lieu of experience.

Good luck.
