Thanks Steve for explaining!! We don't have a problem sending the medical documentation, and have sent the documentation. We just wanted to understand and make sure there wasn't a system issue or another problem we were missing. I got concerned when my claims were not processing, however all you said makes alot of sense. I appreciate your help and have forwarded this along to my Dr, I know he will be a little relieved. The claims do process once the information has been reviewed however we have had some older claims that are still outstanding. These are supposed to be processed and we do have a provider rep that is helping our office out. Thank you again for explaining this to me!
