In my opinion, the EOBs and payments should always go to the provider. And unless you're also credentialing the doctor with a new insurance company, the doctor will continue to get the EOBs at his office as he always has.

You should be obtaining copies of the daily work from the provider, or scanning them into your computer. The provider should retain the originals.
