SADC:

Thanks a million for your detailed response.

You quote:

"You will NOT be required to be covered under your wife's policy, plain and simple."

I don't doubt your word, but if that statement is correct, you have lifted a big load off my shoulders and put my mind at ease. The reason I was very concerned is in the "Medicare is Secondary Payor" form in the "Forms" thread, it states in question #3: "My spouse works full or part-time (I am retired) for a company with MORE than 20 employees... Medicare is secondary for me". That statement is what had me worried because it seems to fit my situation to a Tee.

If Medicare does not require me to enroll in my wife's plan, you can bet that I certainly will not do that. I am perfectly happy with the plans I presently have.

Thanks, I really appreciate your information and opinions.

Claude
