Since I was having trouble understanding your broken English, it wasn't clear in the newslist that you were expected to ANSWER QUESTIONS....I have NEVER heard of this in an AUDIT. Are you SURE you're supposed to be ANSWERING QUESTIONS?

The only two situations I've seen that Medicare is wanting answers to questions is when they are requesting a copy of the MSP Questionnaire (and they they aren't asking questions, they are looking to see that YOU aksed the questions to start with) and when they can't ID a patient and are asking you to either send a copy of the card or fill in the insured information on the blank form provided.
