The information actually come to you via a 'run sheet' which is completed by the ambulance attendant. It does not always include detailed insurance information and sometimes is missing other demographical data.

Most of your claims will have to go paper with attachments.
(time, mailing costs).

Each insurance company has their own very specific rules for handling ambulance claims some even require their own specific forms to be used. (aaaarhg!)
