I agree with SADC. I linked to the manuals an everything is there. You can even submit claims on the web. Here in Pennsylvania my company submits all FFS claims online. Each claim only takes a few minutes and the claim is processed immediately. You know right away is the claim is going to be paid or if it's denied and for what reason. Corrections can be made right away. Two weeks later the check is received.

If you're still having trouble you may want to see if Oklahoma has a State ambulance association. Ours in Pennsylvania has members that are happy to share their billing expertise for the good of the industry even though they may be your competitors.

One thing I probably would NOT do is call the State for any infomation. At here in PA the "rocket scientists" on the other end of the telephone may give you the wrong information.
