Chiro does 24-25 min. Are you billing 97112 on one line and 97112-52 (reduced services) second line fee cut in half? For BCBS 52 appended will be priced based on 50% of the allowable charge, so is BCBS re-pricing or are you sending reduced fee? Is anyone billing more than 15 minutes of 97112? For a 15-minute code, you would do the following: 1-7 minutes = free service, as it rounds down to zero minutes 8-22 minutes = 1 unit of 15 minutes (15 minutes) 23-37 minutes = 2 units of 15 minutes (30 minutes) 38-52 minutes = 3 units of 15 minutes (45 minutes) Sharon Moderator Nothing I say shall be construed as legal advice; always check with your own financial or legal advisors for your specific situation.
